Dr. Grogan was great! I took my 13 y/o to be seen by him. He was attentive and pleasant, and made sure that my daughter was comfortable to answer or ask questions about what we came in to see him for. We feel that he listened to our concerns and addressed them in a warm and non-condescending manner. However, we were met and checked-in by a staff member who was not so friendly. She talked over another staff who was helping another patient on the phone so it was hard to hear her. Additionally, she also was talking with a 3rd staff member in a language I could not understand, which common sense dictates, was really rude.

Dr. Grogan is awesome, but his front desk is unfriendly -- and. more importantly, I have contacted them twice to find out the exact PT that Dr. Grogan recommends and have twice been told that they would call me back. No call! Dr. Grogan himself gets 5 stars

He’s the best! Caring, patient, professional and knowledgeable! Highly recommend Dr Grogan and his team! He’s treated my plantar, sprain ankles, bunion, fractured toe. I hope he never retires.

Dr. Grogan is accessible, informal, and proactive. His is not always a glamorous corner of the medical profession, but even with my minor issues, he takes things seriously and professionally.

dr Grogan is attentive and informative- listening to how the discomfort on my feet had increased and detailing how both age and changes in my feet were contributing to the problems.
he's also interested in his pateint and took time to converse with me about my activities and interests.

Completed online registration only to be told I had to complete an entire paper form when I got to office. Irritated by receiving 5!! Reminders prior to visit.
However, Dr Grogan is excellent. Warm and caring and a good listener.I highly recommend him.

Dr. Grogan was excellent. He treated my problem very well. He explained related matters to me, which was helpful. He also scheduled me for future appointments, which I am sure will be welcomed. My foot is now pain free, and when I came in I was in a lot of pain.
